Health Conditions For safety reasons, treatments may be declined if you: • Are pregnant • Have had surgery within the past 1 month • Have a fever or suspected infectious illness • Have been advised by a doctor to avoid spa treatments If treatment is declined for the above reasons, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.
